17. RE-REGISTRATION

17.1

After completion of the course work, the scholars having CGPA 2.50 and above shall submit their synopsis to the DAC of the respective department within the 3rd semester; failing to do so will automatically lead to the cancellation of registration of the scholar.

17.2

A scholar whose registration is cancelled due to non-payment of fee & on grounds other than disciplinary action may be re-registered before the termination of the 4th semester, subject to the payment of re-registration and outstanding dues.

17.3

After completing the process of re-registration, the scholar shall complete all requisites for graduation (e.g., progress reports, research article or seminar (as per approved policy), thesis submission within the maximum time frame given by HEC i.e., four years for MS/MPhil from the date of admission, failure to do so will automatically lead to the cancellation of admission.

17.4
The re-registration opportunity will be available only once, i.e., till the termination of the 4th semester, and no further chance will be given.
17.5
After the expiration of the maximum time for completion of MS/MPhil, i.e., 4 years from the date of admission, no chance of re-registration shall be admissible.
